Mtutuzeli is a Certified Control Self Assessor (CCSA) with the Institute of Internal Audit. He worked as Operational Risk Manager at the Land Bank for 6 years, before starting Ndalo Risk Management (PTY) Ltd in 2013. During this time his responsibilities and experience focused in driving operational risk management in various levels of management within the bank. He has conducted numerous training interventions that cover operational risk, ERM, compliance, business continuity management and other risk related topics.
Mtutuzeli also has more than seven years of experience in internal auditing. The highest position he attained was that of Chief Audit Executive at the Film and Publication Board. His internal audit career has been predominantly in the public sector.
Mtutuzeli has also worked with the University of Pretoria as a co- trainer on the Effective Enterprise Risk Management course. The training experience proved valuable as it entailed the co-development of the training content and material and the delivery to delegates that came from different sectors. The training on enterprise risk management was also delivered in several African countries which included, Namibia, Botswana, Ghana and Uganda.
Through Ndalo Risk Management Mtutuzeli has provided both training and risk facilitation for state-owned entities and in government’s three spheres and for NGOs in the social development space.
